Looking Inward & Outward with the goggle of Faith- part 118.

Dearly Beloved,

The following is another attempt to use the goggle of Faith to weigh and filter various thoughts from conversations under the sun, on another blessed day. Gracious Reading!

  1. Whenever we haven’t taken the faith of the Son of God personal or sought it like our life inheritance, we would remain in the good books of this world. But as we grow from Faith -through Hope- unto Charity, we would then qualify for reactions from the world within and without us (Jn. 15: 18-20, 1Tim. 1:5, 2Pet. 1:5-7).
  2. What firstly makes this generation blessed in the sight of God and His holy angels, is the availability of teachings on the Faith of the Son of God! By it, the souls of saints are being brought into heavenly places in Christ; into being at peace with God (1Tim. 1:3-5, Eph. 1:3, Rom. 5:1).
  3. Eagles find a way in the air. Men like Abraham uncovered a way of faith that was towards God. But Jesus, while obeying the Faith in God, found a way in God—and later unveiled the way to God. And in that way lies the inheritance of Faith; the true power to live in God’s sight (Prov. 30:19, Jn. 14:6, Hos. 6:2).
  4. The Christian way is actually the way of Faith that is in Christ. It is God’s way of helping us become irresponsive to this world. It helps us place less value in physical things, and more value on things not seen, so we can despise the morsel of bread called this world—and be blessed indeed with an inheritance called Christ (Acts 26:18e, 2Cor. 4:18, Heb. 12:16-17).
  5. The teaching of the Faith of the Son of God is an empowerment that promises to enable us to truly give our life(soul) to the Lord. By it, we can surrender the world within us (i.e. sin), and by it we can win Christ as our eternal inheritance (Gal. 2:20, Matt. 16:26, Phil. 3:7-8).
  6. One simple way to despise the Lord or His emphasis over our generation is to despise the word of (His) Faith- or to lightly esteem the Faith that is presently raising companies of priests across nations (Rom. 10:8, Rev. 2:13, 1Sam. 2:28-30).
  7. The world not only empowered us with a nature that hates to live by faith but loves to live by sight, it also gave us a wisdom to preserve it. God’s response to this was Christ; the wisdom and power of God for raising the new man in our soul (Col. 2:8, 1Cor. 1:24, Col. 3:10).
  8. The Lord starts by enduring seasons where the world has its fair share of our soul; but He looks forward to a time when we would live by the faith of the Son of God until we are crucified to the world and the world to us. Then can we claim to have lived by the power of God. (1Jn. 2:15, Gal. 6:14, 1Cor. 1:18).
  9. Immediately the Faith of the Son of God was unveiled, the definition of faith or of how to live- changed. All other expressions of life became either inferior or obsolete, and believers could now cease from being friends of this world- and become friends of God (Gal. 2:20, 1Jn. 5:4, Jam. 4:4).
  10. The first need of man’s soul before the fall was resurrection. It was to come to God by being raised from a living soul into a quickening spirit; firstly by the Faith that was in God; that was later patented as the Faith of the Son of God (Heb. 11:6, 1Cor. 15:45, Gal. 2:20).
  11. God is giving most believers today, the golden opportunity to hear of His Son’s Faith and to know of His Son’s Power. And so, believers will end up ignoring it, denying it, or keeping and inheriting it (Rom. 1:16, 2Tim. 1:14, Matt. 10:32-33).

Blessings!
