Urgency for Everlasting Life – Part 6

.The devil will tempt many this year as he has not previously done with those things that God has given or will give to us; things surrounding our career, life, and ministry. He knows such things have or can become an idol as long as we don’t use the light of scriptures to relate with them; via either the truth that is in Christ or the Father (1Cor. 6:12, 7:29-31; Jas. 1:12-17; Rom. 1:1,16).

.If we aren’t mindful of the Father or see the need for divine nature, before lawful things like privilege, power, platforms, and higher positions come our way, they will become weights that will easily beset us (Heb. 11:15, 12:1, 1Cor. 6:12. 10:23). The glories around such things can unlock an innate love in us that we have yet to conquer; a love for an unknown life that wants to limit our soul from becoming a temple for God in due times (season) ahead (Rev. 12:11, 2Cor. 6:16-17).

.The right division of scriptures is the right division of a Person; of the Person of Christ, or of the Father, or of God. (2Tim. 2:15, Col. 2:2). Those who did so from the early Church till date, drank from pure apostolic streams; they were firstly under the influence of the Spirit of the Lord, or of the LORD GOD, through which they could see the true or everlasting and eternal essence of truth (Lk. 4:18, Isa. 61:1, Rev. 1:2).

.One essence of the word of righteousness is to purify our motives and thoughts, so we can selflessly relate with the world and the things in her, become fully separated from it, and then take the Father’s commandments (Heb. 5:13, 1Jn. 2:15-16, Jn. 12:49-50). Only thereby would we gain possession of the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus, begin to comprehend the actual word of God, and ultimately, inherit the law of God (Rom. 8:2, Heb. 4:12, Heb. 8:10-12).

.Having confidence in the flesh is an everlasting problem that can last as long as we are in the days of our flesh; as long as we haven’t brought life and life abundant into our flesh; as long as we can still fall back to every other knowledge but the knowledge of God; and as long as we can still do anything of ourselves (Php. 3:3-8; Job 31:24-28; Jn. 10:10, 5:30).

.Matters of a spiritual order that should be obtained amongst flocks and communities of saints, where the course of the Kingdom is being promoted, are matters that the everlasting Father mostly makes known to fathers in everlasting life (1Cor. 15:23; Col. 2:5; Tit. 1:5). Most sheep (and even shepherds) would need to serve them selflessly until they become bondservants who can inherit such wisdom of salvation, which will raise them from being young men to being fathers in everlasting life (Exo. 21:2-6; 1Jn. 2:14).
